شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be adept at creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • UI Design: Design visually compelling and highly usable interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design vision is aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Interaction Design: Create interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience and make interfaces more engaging.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Design Proficiency: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data and translate it into meaningful design improvements.
  • Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality, polished designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
