The Solution Manager plays a crucial role in Agah company, responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize and manage Products for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technologies, market trends, and a strategic mindset to enhance cash management processes for businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, assess requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Solution Development
- Analyze market trends, industry regulations, and financial technologies to identify opportunities for products optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative products solutions that align with client needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to bring new solutions to market.
Product Enhancement
- Continuously monitor and evaluate existing products.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with the product development team to enhance features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry advancements to ensure the company's solutions remain competitive.
Risk Management:
- Assess and manage risks associated with products solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Data Analysis

- Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Requirements
