A Product Manager is a key professional within the financial services industry, responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing products to meet the needs of clients and achieve competitive market positioning. Responsibilities

Product Development and Management:

- Design and develop products and strategies that align with the firm's objectives and market demand.
- Oversee the lifecycle of investment products, including launch, ongoing management, and retirement of products.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the investment landscape.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies to position the firm's products competitively.
- Evaluate the performance of existing products and identify areas for improvement.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for product lines, including growth strategies, target markets, and sales channels.
- Collaborate with investment teams to align product offerings with investment philosophies and performance objectives.
Client Interaction and Support:
- Engage with clients and key stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and investment objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders regarding product features, benefits, and performance.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all products are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
Proven experience in product management, product development, or a related field within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of investment concepts, Financial Market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
