We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented "Technical Team Lead" to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in .Net development to guide, mentor, and empower a team of talented developers. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment
Provide technical direction and guidance for software development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Define technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and assign tasks to team members effectively
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion continuous improvement
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements
Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and security
Implement, update, and maintain security protocols and data protection measures
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Actively contribute to the improvement of overall system architecture and design
Communicate regularly with client-side team members, participate in status meetings, design sessions, and brainstorming sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA engineers, product owner, operations) to ensure successful product development and deployment
Provide regular reporting of project progress and team performance
Analyze information and evaluate results to effectively solve problems and choose the best solutions
Participate in quarter planning, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in the development process

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using .Net technologies
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of developers
Strong frontend experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, ReactJs, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Svelte) is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Passion for staying ahead of the curve with current tech trends and a strong ability to evaluate and adopt the best tools and practices
Experience in implementing robust and advanced security measures, with a solid understanding of secure coding practices
Proficiency in database technologies, including both relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)
Expertise in SQL Database management, writing efficient queries and performing optimization
Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git
Experience with Docker containerization technology

Additional Requirements (Highly Desirable):

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
Familiarity with Banking and Payment solutions
