We’re Hiring: Blender 3D Animator / Generalist

We are looking for a talented Blender 3D Animator / Generalist to join our team and help us bring engaging stories to life.

We’re a bold, young, and fast-growing creative studio creating high-quality content designed to capture attention and keep viewers watching.

Animation is the main focus of this role. We already have access to the characters, rigs, environments, and other assets needed for production, so you’ll primarily be responsible for bringing them to life through strong, engaging animation.

If you have a passion for animation, a sharp eye for detail, and know how to capture attention in the first few seconds, we want to hear from you!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you use AI to generate your animations or do not work professionally with Blender, please do not apply. We are specifically looking for a Blender Animator who can create and control the animation process themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, engaging 3D animations in Blender from concept to final render.
Animate characters, objects, cameras, and environments to create compelling short-form content.
Work with existing rigs, characters, environments, and downloadable assets to bring concepts to life.
Develop strong poses, timing, movement, expressions, and camera work that make animations feel dynamic and engaging.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand concepts, storyboards, references, and direction.
Adapt animations specifically for short-form and vertical content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
Maintain a fast-paced production workflow while keeping animation quality high.

Requirements

Fluency in English (Reading & Listening). (The entire workflow is in English)
Blender proficiency is MANDATORY. This is a Blender-only position.
A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing your 3D animation work is MANDATORY. Applications without a portfolio/showreel will not be considered.
Strong understanding of fundamental animation principles, including posing, timing, spacing, weight, anticipation, follow-through, and exaggeration.
Experience with character animation and/or general 3D animation.
Ability to work with existing rigs and assets and focus on achieving the desired animation rather than creating every asset from scratch.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take creative direction and implement feedback.
Ability to work independently, manage your time, and consistently meet deadlines.

Bonus Points

Experience creating short-form, vertical video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.
Understanding of social media pacing, trends, visual hooks, and viewer retention.
Strong camera animation and cinematic composition skills.
Basic knowledge of lighting, rendering, materials, or scene setup in Blender.
Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
Experience working with downloaded/third-party rigs, environments, and asset libraries.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who can do everything in 3D.

We’re looking for someone who can animate.
