About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about software quality, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early, improve testing processes, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our products.

What You'll Do

Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Review and refine system requirements and specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across various software products.
Identify, document, analyze, and track software defects through resolution.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Delivery teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
Ensure products meet business requirements, usability standards, and quality expectations before release.

Who You Are

Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
Solid understanding of software development and software testing lifecycles.
Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to identify complex scenarios and evaluate software behavior from different perspectives.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design concepts.
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
Experience performing load testing, performance testing, or stress testing.
Previous experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
