Join our team as an Employer Branding Specialist and take on the exciting challenge of shaping our company's reputation! Your primary task will be to craft and execute innovative employer branding strategies that showcase our organization's strengths and attract top talent. By pinpointing what makes us stand out and effectively communicating our unique attributes, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a compelling employer brand that captivates prospective candidates and positions us ahead of our competitors. Responsibilities:

developing creative ideas which engage followers on multiple social media channels; creating original content (graphics, videos) for each platform
Manage and drive engagement of the approved corporate recruitment social media platforms including linkedin
Work with and leverage external vendors to design and develop the appropriate content for approved campaigns or projects
Coordinate and support Employer Branding events both internally and externally
Support the HR team in culture, employee value proposition development and employer brand development projects
Constantly evolve and develop the employer brand by providing new fresh innovative thinking on both content and approaches
Identify, develop, Track and measure progress on the development of the employer brand using the most relevant metrics to define success
Proven strategic communication skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and external partners

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. This provides a solid foundation in the principles of branding and marketing.
Experience in branding, marketing, or HR. This experience helps employer branding specialists understand the needs of the Company and the expectations of its employees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience
Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
A keen interest and passion for building a strong employer branding, and a track record of building engaging marketing content either in personal or professional capacity
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives
Resourceful, able to think creatively and cost effectively
Enthusiastic attitude and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
