شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to become part of our Human Resources team. This three-month internship will provide you with valuable experience across different HR functions, allowing you to participate in hands-on activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. After these three months, you'll be a junior HR generalist. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions.

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.

• Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and training sessions.

• Research HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

• Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.

• Participate in special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not required.
