شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying future hiring needs
Writing job descriptions and job specifications
Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
Screening resumes and parsing specialized skills and qualifications
Scheduling calls and interviews
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the predetermined schedule
Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Sending out all bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., offer letters)
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Coordinating drug tests and background checks
Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Attracting candidates

Requirements

Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a technical and Internal recruiter
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Multitasking capabilities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Upper-Intermediate English

معرفی شرکت

تیم آدیلار بر اساس فعالیت و تجربیات چند ساله در حوزه منابع انسانی و درگیری با چالش‌ها و مشکلات این حوزه با الگوگیری از نرم افزارهای خارجی تصمیم به تولید یک سیستم یا پنل یکپارچه مدیریت جذب و استخدام کاملا ایرانی و مطابق با نیاز شرکت‌های داخل کشور نمود. ایده آدیلار از اسفند 97 توسط تیمی از فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه شریف شکل گرفت تا دغدغه بسیاری از مدیران و کارشناسان منابع انسانی کشور را حل نماید. به طور کل تفاوت سیستم‌ مدیریت فرایند جذب و استخدام یا همان Applicant Tracking Systems (سیستم پیگیری متقاضی یا کارجو نیز گفته می‌شود) توسعه شده توسط آدیلار نسبت به رقبا این است که این سیستم تماما انعطاف پذیر بوده و بر اساس نیاز هر شرکت به طور اختصاصی توسعه و در اختیار آن شرکت قرار می‌گیرد و علاوه بر تمام اینها شامل ویژگی‌هایی است که حتی بسیاری از نرم افزارهای مطرح خارجی نیز این ویژگی‌ها را شامل نمی‌شوند.
