Title: Development Lead & Web Pod Owner (Remote)

About Us:
Adicator is a premium Canadian digital architecture firm. We don't just build websites; we assemble automated "Digital Employees" for SMBs. We operate with a small, globally distributed team of highly specialized pods.

The Role:
We are looking for a **Development Lead** to take complete ownership of our Adicator Pod (our web design and rapid-assembly division). You are a "Player-Coach." You will lead client-facing web strategy sessions, manage our UI/UX design squad, and take ultimate responsibility for the pod’s output. However, you must also be ready to roll up your sleeves and jump into Wix Studio or WordPress to execute complex build requirements alongside your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Translation & Architecture: Lead visual sitemap and web strategy sessions. Translate the client’s brand vision and business logic into strict technical briefs, UI/UX wireframes, and actionable web tasks.
Pod Leadership & Task Management: Act as the ultimate project owner for the web design division. Schedule tasks, allocate sprint points in our Task Management system (Asana), and ensure rapid delivery timelines.
Quality Control & SOPs: Define and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Adicator pod. Conduct rigorous 6-point QA audits on all staging sites (pixel-perfect UI, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO) before deployment.
Team Mentorship: Train, educate, and elevate the web designers in your pod. Bridge the gap between design aesthetics and technical functionality.
Hands-On Execution: You are the captain, not just a manager. You will actively build in Wix Studio/WordPress, troubleshoot front-end issues, and participate in the heavy lifting of web assembly.

Requirements:

Native-Level English: You must be able to lead video sessions with North American clients and our CEO with absolute fluency, confidence, and consultative authority.
Deep Technical Assembly Expertise: Master-level knowledge of Wix Studio, WordPress, front-end development principles, and modern UI/UX design.
Agile Leadership: Proven experience managing a design/dev team, running task management systems, and holding designers accountable.
