The Role
We are looking for a Technical Web Producer to be the vital bridge between our design team and our Lead Developer. You are a builder, a problem-solver, and a finisher. You take beautiful designs and turn them into flawless, high-performing websites.

In this role, you will own the website build process for standard projects, the final visual polish, the pre-launch SEO and migration checks, and the day-to-day technical maintenance that keeps our clients' businesses growing. If you are a former freelancer used to wearing multiple hats, or an agency veteran who loves taking a site from staging to a successful launch, this is your perfect fit.

What You Will Do

The Build & Assembly: Take approved design files and build out fully responsive websites across WordPress and Wix. You will handle CMS configuration, page building, and content population.
The Quality Gatekeeper: Act as the objective final set of eyes before a site goes to the client. You will enforce our design handoff protocols, ensuring pixel-perfect visual fidelity, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Pre-Flight & Launch Ownership: Own the critical "last mile" of web delivery. You will compress media, optimize Core Web Vitals, ensure legacy content is properly migrated, and map all 301 redirects so we launch without a hitch.
Technical Support & Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for daily client maintenance tickets. You will execute simple text edits, image swaps, and plugin updates, escalating only the heavy architectural logic and custom API work to our Lead Developer.
The Agile Floater: Step in to troubleshoot layout bugs, tweak CSS, and ensure projects hit their deadlines when last-minute client requests come through.

What You Bring to the Table

English Fluency (Strictly Required): Perfect written and verbal English is an absolute must. You will be communicating daily with clients and our team, so crystal-clear comprehension and communication are non-negotiable.
Cross-Platform Expertise: You are a power-user in WordPress (including popular page builders and theme customization) and are highly comfortable navigating and building in Wix.
Front-End Fundamentals: You have strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills to fix layout bugs, adjust padding, and force platforms to match the design exactly. Basic PHP and JavaScript are a strong plus.
The "Finisher" Mindset: You are detail-obsessed. You notice when a headline is 2px off-center, when a mobile menu is clunky, or when a contact form hasn't been routed correctly.
Agency or Freelance DNA: You understand the fast-paced nature of client work. You know how to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and jump between different client environments seamlessly.
User-Centric Focus: You understand basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user-centric design principles, ensuring the sites we build actually convert.
