Title: Strategy Lead & Marketing Pod Owner (Remote)

About Us:
Adicator is a premium Canadian digital architecture firm. We don't just run ads; we build automated "Digital Employees" and growth engines for SMBs. We operate with a small, globally distributed team of highly specialized pods.

The Role:
We are looking for a *Strategy Lead* to take complete ownership of our Advelor Pod (our growth and marketing division). You are a "Player-Coach." You will lead client-facing strategy sessions, manage our SEO and Social Media specialists, and take ultimate responsibility for the pod’s performance. However, you must also be ready to roll up your sleeves and execute high-level campaign builds alongside your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Translation & Strategy: Lead high-level client alignment sessions. Translate their business goals into actionable marketing blueprints, ad structures, and growth roadmaps.
Pod Leadership & Task Management: Act as the ultimate project owner for the marketing division. Schedule tasks, allocate sprint points in our Task Management system (Asana), and ensure strict delivery timelines.
Quality Control & SOPs: Define, refine, and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Advelor pod. Rigorously QA all ad copy, SEO structures, and campaign launches before they reach the client.
Team Mentorship: Train, educate, and elevate the execution specialists in your pod.
Hands-On Execution: You are the captain, not just a manager. You will actively participate in campaign execution, analytics auditing, and complex marketing problem-solving.

Requirements:

Native-Level English: You must be able to lead video sessions with North American clients and our CEO with absolute fluency, confidence, and consultative authority.
Deep Marketing Expertise: Master-level knowledge of Google Ads, SEO strategy, ROI/ROAS optimization, and digital growth psychology.
Agile Leadership: Proven experience managing a team, running task management systems, and holding specialists accountable.
