شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team in Tehran. This is a hybrid/remote position with the requirement of being on-site a minimum of twice a month.As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client accounts and cultivating strong relationships.  The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for customer success, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance, and recommend strategic solutions for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:


  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with sales and account management best practices.
