AbanTether is looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and AI-savvy Lifecycle & Revenue Manager to lead initiatives that increase user retention, engagement, and revenue from existing users.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, revenue campaigns, product marketing, or growth marketing. The person should be able to move from strategy to execution: analyzing user behavior, building segments, designing campaigns, writing effective messaging, running tests, and optimizing performance based on data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
Design and execute user lifecycle journeys across key stages, including onboarding, activation, first transaction, repeat usage, churn prevention, and win-back.
Manage ECRM and marketing automation initiatives across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and other relevant touchpoints. Build personalized communication flows based on user behavior, value, activity level, and lifecycle stage.
2. Revenue Growth from Existing Users
Plan and execute campaigns to increase transaction frequency, trading volume, product adoption, and overall revenue from current users.
Develop targeted revenue campaigns for different user segments, including new users, active users, low-activity users, high-value users, and VIP users. Track impact on key metrics such as revenue, LTV, retention, conversion, frequency, and churn.
3. Loyalty, Referral & Affiliate Marketing
Support the design and execution of loyalty programs, referral mechanics, VIP benefits, incentive campaigns, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
The goal is to increase user loyalty, encourage repeat activity, drive organic growth through existing users, and build scalable growth loops.
4. Product Marketing & In-Product Communication
Work closely with the product team to drive awareness, activation, and adoption of new or underused features and services.
Create and optimize product launch campaigns, educational flows, in-app messages, banners, notifications, and personalized offers. Ensure that users understand the value of different products and are encouraged to use them more actively.
5. Analysis, Experimentation & Optimization
Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign performance.
The person in this role should be comfortable working with dashboards, CRM tools, automation platforms, and AI tools to improve speed, personalization, analysis, copywriting, campaign design, and overall marketing efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, revenue, growth, or product marketing
Hands-on experience with planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns
Good understanding of segmentation, personalization, ECRM, marketing automation, A/B testing, loyalty, referral, affiliate, and revenue campaigns
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, analyze data, extract insights, and turn them into actions
Familiarity with copywriting and design principles
Practical experience using AI tools for ideation, campaign planning, analysis, personalization, and workflow optimization
Ability to collaborate with product, data, design, content, support, and sales teams
High ownership, attention to detail, strong execution mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Success Metrics:
Increase in user activation and repeat usage.
Improvement in retention and reduction in churn.
Growth in transaction frequency, trading volume, revenue, and LTV.
Increase in win-back rate for inactive users.
Improvement in CRM, referral, affiliate, loyalty, product marketing, and revenue campaign performance.
Better use of data, testing, personalization, copywriting, and AI across lifecycle and revenue initiatives.
