شرح موقعیت شغلی

Aban Tether is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our cross-functional team. In this role, you will drive the design of user-centric products, establish and scale design systems, and collaborate closely with STO and engineers to deliver exceptional experiences. We’re looking for a designer who thrives in complex problem spaces, balances speed with usability, and brings strategic thinking to every stage of the product lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end design process for core products and new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a tokenized, multi-theme design system aligned with 
    accessibility standards and industry best practices.
  • Deliver production-ready designs with logical user flows, detailed prototypes, and
    thorough documentation    , accounting for edge cases and exceptions.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive user
    experiences.
  • Design and execute user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic
    evaluations, and in-depth interviews.
  • Leverage basic data science concepts to validate research insights and inform
    evidence-based design decisions.
  • Take full ownership of design tasks, working with autonomy while proactively identifying 
    areas for enhancement.
  • Balance speed and quality by designing MVPs that preserve usability and core
    functionality.
  • Dynamically reprioritize design efforts to align with evolving product requirements and
    business priorities.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and maintaining design excellence across the
    team.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously elevate our
    design practice.

Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating 
    problem-solving and design thinking.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Proven expertise in design systems, accessibility standards, and scalable design
    methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to justify design decisions
    using evidence and reasoning.
  • Working knowledge of basic data science concepts as applied to research validation
    and design evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while contributing effectively within
    cross-functional teams.
  • Domain knowledge in crypto and fintech is highly advantageous.
