"We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Mobile Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Flutter programming, coupled with a deep understanding of software development, algorithms, clean architecture, and BLoC state management. Given the hybrid nature of our team, adaptability is key, making the following personal attributes of utmost importance:

Requirements:
• Thorough mastery of Flutter SDK, Dart, and associated tools
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and other web services
• Expertise in the Dart programming language
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git
• Strong familiarity with Flutter's widgets and state management solutions, particularly BLoC
• Profound understanding of clean architecture principles and modular app development
• Display self-discipline in all aspects of work
• Effective and clear communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Unwavering attention to detail, consistently delivering exceptional output
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and develop sophisticated cross-platform applications using Flutter, adhering to clean architecture and modular principles
• Implement robust BLoC-based state management solutions for efficient app performance
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the punctual delivery of projects
• Generate meticulous, well-documented, and efficient code
• Uphold application performance, quality, and scalability
• Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter application development
• Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the development process
