شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the product manager for Abantether, your role will be to own and drive new products, to better serve growing companies. This individual will get to know our customers directly to set the product strategy, and execution roadmap and deliver impact. The work includes cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the product team, including how we build the right workflows and experience for customers to do their best work.
Establish the vision for the product team.
Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
Efficiently execute to ship products to deliver impact for our customers and business.
Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission and ship new features.
Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across engineering, design, data, operations, sales, partners, and other product teams.

Requirements

+3 years of PM experience.
Proven work experience in product management within the FinTech industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective product and marketing strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, operation and other teams.
Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts.
A data-informed work style.
