شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced senior Product Manager with a background in FinTech. The overall purpose of this position as a senior product manager is developing and managing in our core product.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Developing product Strategies and roadmaps.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Translate product strategy and vision into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Prioritize and scope activities based on their business and customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead product launches in collaboration with the marketing team, operation team, and other product management team members.
  • Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on our products and services.
  • Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Perform market research and analysis
 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills.
  • domain knowledge of trading/exchange platforms is a huge advantage.
  • The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, operation and other teams.
  • Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts.
  • A data-informed work style.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective product and marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
