شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze marketing data to drive insights, optimize campaigns, and enhance our user acquisition and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for building dashboards, segmenting markets, and performing user research. You will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure that decisions are based on accurate, data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret crypto market trends, user behavior, and business performance metrics to support marketing efforts.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing ROI and growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and user acquisition metrics using BI tools and Looker Studio.
  • Perform market segmentation analysis to identify high-value user segments and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct and oversee user surveys and market research to gather insights on user preferences, trends, and brand perception.
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA) and other tracking tools to monitor web and app traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Support external research efforts, including working with external firms to monitor industry trends and competitor benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Experience in the crypto industry or a strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and crypto trading.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA) and web tracking technologies.
  • Experience with market research methodologies, user surveys, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
