شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies, and in this regard, the Product Manager should define stakeholders needs and the associated features and solutions to meet those needs.
Ensure that products solve stakeholders and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
Collaborate with operation team, quality assurance, and technical team to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints.
Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.
Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
Define and analyze metrics that ensure to achieve the goals.

Job requirements:

MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Management.
+3 years’ experience in Product management.
Process and business understanding in the domains of cryptocurrency.
Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services.
Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods.
Experience in leading product development from start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve between customers and engineering.
Experience non-functional requirements (Automation, Continuous Integration /Continuous Delivery, Security, Risk management).
Demonstrated effective communication skills.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions.
