SUMMARY

We look for one or more Junior Backend Developers to work with us based on a full-time contract or project based. The work is performed in English and the salary will be paid in Euros.

Now, we are looking for a talented, dedicated, and passionate software engineer to play a leading role in bringing our tools and infrastructure to the next level.

We work with fully digitalized processes running on a flexible Business Process Management (BPM) Platform, orchestrating, and integrating multiple applications and systems, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and many others.

You will join our team of developers and together with them you will translate our clients’ needs and ideas into solutions in integration with our BPM platform. Examples are process design, data modelling, integration with other systems and applications, security and error handling and deployment. You will also work on the development of different web services and its components.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Take an active role in identifying the tooling and infrastructure needs of the company and participate in defining and executing the plan to fulfil them.
Help define the software architecture of new tools or that of new features for existing tools, and then develop them.
Constantly improve the quality of our tools and infrastructure by fixing bugs and refactoring the code base where necessary.
Expand our set of libraries as needed to make yourself and other engineers more efficient and effective.
Stay informed on new, relevant technologies and test the promising ones to make sure we do not miss out on game-changing opportunities to boost our productivity and the enjoyment of our work.

Required Technical skills and Experiences

Any other popular programming language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, PHP, and JavaScript is also welcomed!
knowledge about basic programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, modular design, clean code, and data structures.
Problem-solving skills to find innovative and smart solutions for new challenges.
Passion about learning new tools and technologies deeply to expand your knowledge and experience.
Ability to communicate written and verbally in English

The Recruiting Process

If you successfully pass through our screening process. We will invite you to some interviews, including some tests, to get to know each other and figure out if it is a good fit for both parties.
