we’re seeking a talented Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, who thrives in a performance-driven environment while balancing the art of branding. You will work with a cross-functional team to create and execute campaigns that drive results and build the TapsiFood brand.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and prepare comprehensive advertising and promotional materials to increase product sales and brand awareness. Work with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, sales departments, and external partners, to deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.
Collaboration with Partners & Product Teams: Identify suitable partners to support monthly acquisition targets and collaborate with the product team to develop gamification engines that enhance customer engagement.
Creative Oversight: Review layouts, advertising copy, and promotional materials to ensure they meet campaign specifications and adhere to brand guidelines. Provide feedback and direction to ensure all creative work aligns with TapsiFood’s mission and objectives.
Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with departments such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research to ensure seamless campaign execution. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize campaign success.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns across multiple channels. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Media Coordination: Collaborate with media partners to disseminate advertising content across the appropriate channels. Ensure media plans align with campaign objectives and budgets.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, analyze key metrics, and offer actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in future campaigns.
Requirements:
Marketing Strategy & Tactics: Deep understanding of marketing principles and methods, including how to show, promote, and sell products or services through various channels.
Media Production & Communication: Knowledge of media production, dissemination techniques, and best practices using written, oral, and visual media for promotional purposes.
Customer Service & Satisfaction: Knowledge of customer needs, quality service standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation, ensuring campaigns effectively address consumer preferences.
Business & Management Principles: Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, and leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects.
