شرح موقعیت شغلی

Build features from start to finish. Begin with research or an idea, collaborate with design to draft a specification, then build, launch, and refine.

This role could be for you if:

You love problem-solving, especially with code.
You’re eager to be part of a seed-stage software startup and have the ambition and skills to advance as an engineer rapidly.
You have experience working in a small team to deliver a rapidly growing product.
You possess strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Navigate technical challenges and architect complex projects.
Take the lead and drive the strategic technical direction of engineering efforts.
Improve and iterate on existing features through A/B testing, and user or team feedback.
Help maintain our team's high impact on our growing community.
Play an active role in shaping the future of the product and business.

Competencies (Soft skills and Hard Skills):

3+ years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Node.js development, with expertise in frameworks like NestJS, focused on designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Practical experience in microservice architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and No-SQL databases for seamless data management, especially in MySQL and Redis.
Ability to apply software craftsmanship principles (e.g., DDD, CQRS) and advocate for development best practices.

Gold Stars if you have:

Prior experience integrating with Delivery Systems (e.g., AloPeyk, Miare).
Hands-on experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab Pipelines.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira—and enjoyed it!

تپسی‌فود، سایت و اپلیکیشن سفارش آنلاین غذا، میوه، نان و… است که در سال ۱۴۰۲ با نام «اُفود»‌ و با سرمایه‌گذاری هوشمند هلدینگ گلرنگ وارد بازار شد. در سال ۱۴۰۳ اُفود به عنوان اولین سرویس به «سوپراپلیکیشن تپسی» پیوست و کارش را با نام «تپسی‌فود» ادامه داد. هدف ما در تپسی‌فود تغییر قواعد بازار تحویل فوری مواد خوراکی، به نفع مشتریان و فروشگاه‌داران است.
کاربران ما در هر زمانی از روز که بخواهند، می‌توانند وارد سایت یا اپ تپسی‌فود شوند، رستوران‌ها و سایر فروشگاه‌های اطراف را ببینند، غذای دلخواهشان را از آن‌ها آنلاین سفارش دهند و به‌موقع تحویل بگیرند.
فروشگاه‌های همکارمان نیز با دریافت کارمزد منصفانه و تسویه‌حساب سریع، یک همکاری بُردـبُرد خواهند داشت.
