شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Educate the team on Scrum principles and values, and assist the team in improving processes and working methods.
- Identify and remove obstacles and issues that hinder the team's progress.
- Facilitate communication between the development team, the product manager, and other stakeholders, and help keep the team focused on sprint goals.
- Monitor work progress, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and use project management tools to track tasks and project progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage the team to experiment with new methods, and review and analyze team performance after each sprint.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
- Coordinate with the team to set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Use Kanban methods to manage tasks and workflow, and promote Agile principles within the team.
- Prepare and present accurate and clear reports to the product manager and other stakeholders.
- Document processes and team results to improve future workflows.
- Ability to identify and creatively solve complex issues, manage and resolve conflicts within the team, and create harmony.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Sufficient knowledge of software development and engineering practices.
- Ability to use Kanban and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
- Ability to lead and inspire the team.
- Time management and task prioritization skills.
Holding relevant Scrum certifications such as (CSM) or (PSM) is a plus.
