Who we are looking for:

An ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean and elegant design, possess excellent UI skills, and translate requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, which can then be transformed into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

About the role:

As UI Designer you will be competent at creating user-friendly interfaces that are simple to navigate. Ensuring interactions and artifacts are produced to meet high-level requirements. You are creating clean, artful designs that are both intuitive and functional.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take design briefs to understand requirements.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into your designs.
Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum three years of relevant experience
Prior experience as a UI Designer and a strong portfolio of related projects.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Sketch.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Good experience in Motion design.
