If you're a technology enthusiast who possesses the ability to use technology to generate value to reach business goals and aspires to work and guide others, then you're the perfect fit for us. 


About the role: 


As a CTO we expect you to scale the team's knowledge and support them to become the best version of themselves. Ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately by communicating with employees, stakeholders, and customers. Besides having very good interpersonal skills, you should also have excellent technical skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
  • Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Acting as a mentor to team members.
Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
  • 8 years working in a technological role.
  • 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automated CI/CD tooling.
  • Great knowledge of software security
  • Previous experience with WordPress and Python would be an advantage
