Who we are looking for:


We are looking for someone who is able to lead a team of thinkers and doers, the right creative director will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients.


About the role:


As a creative director, you should be an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others, taking our creativity to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.


Duties and Responsibilities:


- Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Develop a strategy through our brand's long terms aims
- Translate project objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production.
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
- Oversee client pitches and proposals.
- Meet with upper management or maybe clients to explain strategies and solutions.
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams.
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
- Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members.


Skills and Qualifications:


*The portfolio must show applied knowledge of UX, user design, and content strategy.*


- At least 10 years of experience in this field and 5 years of Managerial related experience.
- Master's degree in art.
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Knowledge of web-based user interface design.
- Broad understanding of typography, color theory, and current design and advertising/marketing trends
- Must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
- Web design experience is an advantage


Desirable qualifications:


- Having job experience in advertising agencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- leadership skills in order to hire, develop and oversee their creative team
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple projects
