Who we are looking for:

As an ideal candidate, you will Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are on the right page. You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer needs for team members to ensure strong products/projects are delivered.

About the role:

In your role as a Product Manager, you will manage products/projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes figuring out what customers want and helping businesses develop the right product and project. Additionally, you provide product vision and leadership for all other roles involved in the development and design process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Translate customer needs into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Own the product and product roadmap with the product team and stakeholder input.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a successful product launch.
Monitor incoming customer requests and refines them to find the core customer problem that needs addressing.
Seek input from relevant parties to provide well-reasoned estimates.
Aim to achieve improved Product-Market fit with all new features - Understand the customer needs!
Support projects on the correct implementation of features
Prioritize new features with input from stakeholders using a prioritization framework.
Know the product in detail and use that knowledge when setting priorities.
Understand the fundamentals and limitations of the technology being applied.
Assist with the prioritization of fixes along with the development team lead.
Act as Product Owner during task refinement, ensuring developers are fully aware of the what and why of a requirement.
Build rapport and liaise with Account Managers, Development Team leads, and Customers.
Document new features for a range of audiences.
Report progress, risks, and opportunities to the Senior Management Team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum three years of relevant experience.
An understanding of web technologies and programming languages
Excellent understanding of UX principles
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with boundless energy and tenacity.
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, MixPanel, Hotjar, etc.
