Who we are looking for:
Can you choose the right color palette for your assignment? What about typography?
Do you know of ways to add beautiful creative motion graphic shapes or design elements to your work? Are you at a level where you produce killer After Effects for clients?

About the role:

We're on the hunt for a talented Visual / Graphic Designer with a strong focus on interactive web experiences to join the team. You will be working across various types of projects we have with our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a very hands-on position in the design team, responsible for the creation and delivery of graphics assets across digital media outputs such as websites, Social Media, etc. The designer will collaborate with Creative Director, Account Managers, Team Leads and Product designers to create distinctive visual assets. Other responsibilities are:

Deliver delightful assets such as (gifs, infographics, illustrations, etc.) that can be used and shared across social platforms.
Translate requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them.
Help evolve the design team.
Have a working understanding of grid use, typography, and hierarchy of information
Collaborate with Lead Designers and other stakeholders to drive design solutions
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
Support the design and marketing team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, icon design and deliver graphical items.
Branding guardianship to ensure identity guidelines are adhered to, maintained and evolved where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven knowledge and experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in conducting user stories and story boards of a project and communicating with the team.
Ability to define and understand scenarios and bring creative ideas.
Experience with Graphic Design, and skills to create animated gifs.
Conceiving and executing high-quality Visual Design;
Completely familiar with web designn (User Interface).
Demonstrating the ability to make creative and engaging edits from basic footage and B-roll.
Demonstrating the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
You produce smart and beautiful design, demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, color and layout
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment

Possessing a sharp eye, creative vision, attention to detail and a truly collaborative spirit.
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple projects.

Bonus Points:

Experience with After Effects, InDesign.
Experience with Figma.
Experience with Logo and Brand design.
Working with 3D software such as Blender, C4D or Spline. Big Plus*
