This job position is On-site in Mashhad.

About the Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our system’s foundation and addressing scalability challenges, alongside handling daily tasks, bug fixes, and enhancements. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will actively contribute to software design and collaborate closely with the CTO and other team members.

Your Mission

Design and develop high-performance backend services to ensure our platform runs smoothly.
Build scalable, event-driven architectures capable of handling real-time interactions and large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to craft seamless, efficient solutions.
Work closely with DBAs to design and optimize database structures.
Estimate and manage backend tasks in sprints while contributing to the roadmap in a Scrum environment.
Ensure applications are fast, fault-tolerant, and ready for global scale.
Adhere to team culture, coding standards, and best practices.

What’s in Your Toolkit?

Strong proficiency in .NET (experience with Golang and Python is a plus).
Experience with Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Deep understanding of RabbitMQ and Redis.
Familiarity with Akka.NET and MassTransit.
Proficiency in relational databases, particularly MSSQL.
Basic understanding of DevOps practices and developer tools.
Linux is our primary operating system.
