Job Description:

This is your chance to be a part of something extraordinary. As a New Business Development Manager at Keepa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fintech in Iran. You will work directly with the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving growth and innovation across our platform.

This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make your mark in a rapidly evolving industry. You will have the autonomy and resources to explore new avenues, forge strategic partnerships, and develop groundbreaking products and services. Your vision will contribute to Keepa's continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities with current and potential partners.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and product roadmaps.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new business initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CBDO and senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key industry players.
  • Ensure all business development activities align with Keepa's strategic goals and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • With at least 3 years of proven experience in new business development, we specifically focus on identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities rather than expanding existing businesses.
  • Prior experience in the Fintech or Lendtech industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in both Persian and English.
