Business Development Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the LendTech and FinTech landscapes? Do you have a knack for identifying lucrative opportunities and negotiating win-win deals? We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who can drive our market position and forge strategic partnerships. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this is the opportunity for you

 

Responsibilities

·       Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships

·       Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments

·       Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners

·       Discovers and explores business opportunities

·       Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

·       Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations

·       Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities

·       Estimates partners’ needs and goals

·       Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

 

Requirements

·       two years of experience in a similar position

·       Thorough understanding and knowledge of the LendTech and FinTech industries

·       Strong written and oral communication skills

·       Excellent networking skills, able to cultivate relationships at all levels of seniority

·       Proficiency in English. BSc/BA in Management, Economics, marketing, preferably

·       a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
