About the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you are part of the Keepa Product team. In your day-to-day activities, you will help us craft our next stage of evolution. As a Senior Product Designer, your role will have a direct impact on our brand's expression and how we are perceived by our research community, customers, and prospects.
As our storyteller through design, the Senior Product Designer is comfortable in every stage of the design process from running discovery activities, wireframing, and prototyping all the way through to delivering unique high-fidelity designs. The Senior Product Designer is skilled in translating business complexity into intuitive user interfaces and works well with senior stakeholders. You are prepared to demonstrate your designs and challenge them with end-users, product specialists, and developers to ensure that your ideas are realized.
You value open and constructive feedback, encourage healthy discussions on current technologies and methodologies, and continuously seek to explore and build new options for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- lead and oversee product user experience from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Advocate for the user and drive a holistic UX and product vision.
- Measure the success of your solutions by looking at quantitative and qualitative data and iterate whenever necessary.
- Bring multiple stakeholders to the table to understand and solve problems.
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful Concepts and products.
- It is imperative that you provide your input on the strategic decisions related to the future direction of Keepa. Your contribution will greatly impact the outcome, and we need your assertive and informed perspective to make the best decisions possible. - Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
- Work in an environment where failure is a learning opportunity, not a catastrophe, and agility is key to success.
- Proactively request and provide feedback to continually raise the bar we set for quality, while also taking on a mentorship role.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, preferably within the area of growth.
- It is important to know business growth metrics as well as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to achieve growth and success in any business venture.
- A proven track record of building and shipping applications or software for whole features or products.
- Experience in showcasing the design process for multiple products, including interaction and visual design artifacts, with multiple iterations and high-fidelity prototypes.
- experience leading product Direction and strategies while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact on people and the company.
- Focus on UX.
* Work experience in Fintech is a plus.
