Keepa Admin Panel Product Lead

Keepa is seeking a passionate and experienced Admin Panel Product Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative Buy now pay later (BNPL) platform. As the Admin Panel Product Lead, you are responsible for leading the development and execution of our portal strategy, ensuring that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers and the broader market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Design, Marketing, and …, to bring your vision to life.

Responsibilities:

Led and managed the Keepa admin panel product team in developing and delivering a user-friendly, efficient, and feature-rich portal platform that is tailored to the specific needs of Keepa's customers, with a focus on facilitating the Buy now pay later (BNPL) process and empowering individuals and businesses.
Define and execute the Keepa admin panel product strategy, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with Keepa's goals, customer needs, and market trends in the Buy now pay later (BNPL) domain.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as technology experts, designers, and Keepa's B2B customers, to gather, interpret, and prioritize product requirements.
Create and manage the Keepa admin panel product roadmap, with a focus on agility and flexibility to respond to changing customer needs and market trends.
Oversee the development and testing of the Keepa admin panel product, ensuring quality, performance, security, and a smooth user experience.
Collect and analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
Document product requirements and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related to portals, SaaS solutions, and innovative technologies in the Buy now pay later (BNPL)domain.
Collaborate with other teams at Keepa to create a seamless and consistent user experience across the entire platform.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, product management, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing product teams and experience working in B2B, B2C, and SaaS platforms.
Proven experience in developing and delivering SaaS portal platforms, particularly in the B2B space with a focus on the credit purchase domain.
Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and desires, with a focus on increasing conversion rates, customer engagement, and streamlining the Buy now pay later (BNPL) process.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to take a long-term view and adapt to evolving market demands.
Passion for learning and growth, coupled with a commitment to innovation and creating ingenious solutions for Buy now pay later (BNPL) challenges.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to understand and implement a smooth, engaging user experience for Keepa's B2B customers.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English.
