شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
As a UI Designer at TechWizards, you will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver outstanding user interfaces for a range of digital products, including web applications, mobile apps, and other software solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products not only function seamlessly but also provide visually stunning and engaging experiences to our users.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Translate user experience wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect visual designs that align with brand guidelines and best design practices.
  • Create high-quality user interface designs, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography, while maintaining a focus on usability and user-centered design principles.
  • Develop and iterate design concepts, considering user feedback and design critiques to refine the final product.
  • Produce design assets, mockups, and prototypes for user testing, usability testing, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to improve and innovate the design process continuously.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of visually appealing and user-centered design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design practices.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving project requirements while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for staying updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
