شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our SaaS platform in the field service management domain. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable microservices using Go, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and gRPC.



Responsibilities:



- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices in a plugin-based SaaS platform using Go.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other services.


- Build and optimize data models in MongoDB and Redis to efficiently handle complex data structures and high volumes of data.


- Implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between services.


- Create and consume RESTful APIs for inter-service communication and integration with external systems.


- Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of the platform.


- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and contributing to the growth of the team.



Requirements:



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on building scalable and robust microservices using Go.


- Strong proficiency in Go programming language and its paradigms.


- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed systems.


- Experience working with MongoDB and Redis for data storage and retrieval.


- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or similar technologies.


- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.


- Familiarity with gRPC and protobuf is a plus.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
