We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and engaging designs that align with our brand and project requirements. Your creativity and expertise will help shape the visual identity of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the project briefs and requirements.
Produce high-quality visual assets, including icons, illustrations, infographics, and other graphical elements.
Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, cohesive, and effectively communicate the desired message.
Take ownership of the design process from ideation to final delivery, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continually enhance your skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure design consistency across various platforms.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help improve their skills.

Requirements:

A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and professional design projects.
Extensive experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print design.
Ability to translate project requirements and brand guidelines into visually appealing designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in UI/UX design and an understanding of user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic implementation of designs.
Experience designing for mobile applications.
Understanding of motion graphics and animation.
