شرح موقعیت شغلی

Bugloos is looking for a talented and strategic Business Data Analyst to join our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will be a key driver in shaping our data-driven culture, empowering teams across the organization to make smarter, faster decisions.

As a Business Data Analyst, you will not only build powerful dashboards and models but also act as a consultant and mentor, helping to define best practices and ensure data quality across the company. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights.
Develop, maintain, and publish scalable dashboards and data models using various BI tools to track key performance indicators and business health.
Define and document BI best practices, standards, and governance procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Provide training, mentorship, and support to colleagues to foster data literacy and promote a data-driven mindset.
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and communicate findings through compelling data storytelling.
Work within an agile framework to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications:

Work Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role.
This is a mid-level position for an experienced, partly independent professional who can manage their own tasks with some supervision.
English Proficiency: Advanced skills in both spoken and written English.

Soft Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
A passion for training, mentoring, and supporting others in data adoption.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity and governance.
Understanding of agile methodology and project management principles.

Technical Skills:

BI Tools: Strong proficiency with at least one major BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
Databases & Query Languages: Advanced proficiency in SQL is a must.
Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting is a plus.
Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is highly desirable.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
Version Control: Experience with Git or similar tools.

داستان تأسیس مجموعه باگلوس به تابستان ۲۰۰۶ برمی‌گردد. باگلوس که چه در ریشه معنایی (در زبان هلندی) و چه در رویکرد خود بر ارائه‌ی بهترین کیفیت تأکید دارد، فعالیت خود را در حوزه طراحی وب سایت، وب اپلیکیشن، موبایل اپلیکیشن و مشاوره حوزه فناوری اطلاعات آغاز کرده است. نخستین دفتر ما در هلند افتتاح شد و تمرکز اصلی‌مان نیز بازارهای اروپایی بوده است. هرچند که مشتریان ما از آمریکا و کانادا نیز هستند. ما همیشه به دانش و تلاش هموطنان‌مان در داخل و خارج از ایران باور داشتیم و به همین دلیل در سال ۲۰۱۵ تصمیم گرفتیم که دفتر تهران را نیز تأسیس کنیم، اما افتتاح دفتر فقط بخشی از ایده‌آل و هدف نهایی باگلوس است. ما می‌خواهیم همکاری با ایرانیان را در سراسر دنیا گسترش دهیم و جامعه‌ای تشکیل دهیم از هموطنان توانمندان و کسانی که به ایران و فرهنگ اصیل آن ارزش و احترام ویژه‌ای قائل هستند؛ عزیزانی که به اعتقاد ما سرمایه اجتماعیِ ایران هستند. یکی دیگر از مهم‌ترین دلیل ورود باگلوس به ایران اعتقاد به دانش، سخت‌کوشی و پویایی فکری هموطنان‌مان بود و ما فقط تلاش کردیم که بتوانیم فضا و بستری فراهم آوریم که ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای یک شرکت مدرن همچون خلاقیت، کیفیت، نظم، ارتباط دوستانه، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیشرفت را به‌طور واقعی اجرا کنیم. خوشبختانه هنگامی که به مسیرمان نگاه می‌کنیم، درمی‌یابیم که با وجود روزهای سخت، دستاوردها و نتایج ارزشمندی را به ارمغان آورده‌ایم. این اتفاق به‌واسطه‌ی همراهی همکاران و همراهان‌مان حاصل شده است. با این وجود، مسیر موفقیت یک مسیر جمعی و در حال حرکت است؛ از این رو، شما را دعوت می‌کنیم که در این مسیر همراه ما و به بیان دیگری، خودتان بخشی از مجموعه‌ی باگلوس باشید.
