Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. We are looking for minds that can contribute to the growth of our company and guide it in the right direction.

HR Generalist who aligns business goals with HR practices, provides data-driven insights, manages performance, talent development, recruitment, and compensation, and fosters a positive, trust-based workplace.

Responsibilities:

Actively support managers by translating business goals into practical HR practices.
Assist leaders in daily decision-making through data-driven insights.
Proactively identify and address employee and organizational needs.
Resolve workplace conflicts and support a positive employee experience.
Implement and execute initiatives related to performance management, talent development, recruitment, and compensation.
Leverage HR analytics to inform and support operational decisions.
Build trust and foster relationships between management and employees. Competencies Technical.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in an HRBP,OD, HR Generalist role, or a similar human resources position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong trust-building and relationship-management capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of various HR functions
Ability to efficiently create reports, presentations, and track HR metrics.
