We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and run digital campaigns that deliver results you can actually measure. Someone who can handle simple to moderately complex campaigns, work confidently with core marketing tools, and collaborate with teammates to share ideas, exchange insights, and continuously improve results. This role offers a valuable opportunity for anyone who wants to work in a professional, energetic environment and take on real-world market challenges.

Responsibilities:

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns in various ad platforms with a data-driven mindset, focusing on measurable results and ROI.
Collect, organize, and present campaign data in a clear, actionable format using Excel/Google Sheets, applying intermediate formulas and data visualization techniques to uncover insights.
Configure and maintain basic Google Tag Manager setups to ensure accurate tracking of key events and conversions.
Plan and run A/B tests and structured experiments, interpreting results objectively and making data-backed decisions to improve conversion rates.
Execute multi-step, goal-oriented campaigns across multiple channels, continuously evaluating performance against KPIs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Apply a solid understanding of CPC, CPA, and CPM models to select the most effective approach for each campaign’s objectives, supported by performance analysis.
Define detailed content requirements for copywriters (tone, structure, competitive advantages) and validate content effectiveness through campaign data.
Evaluate and guide the creation of diverse ad messages (headlines, short copy, CTAs) tailored to target personas, using performance metrics to assess and refine messaging effectiveness.
Translate analytics into clear creative and strategic recommendations, ensuring all optimizations are rooted in evidence.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
Proficiency with at least 4 core tools: Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and at least one Iranian ad platform.
Hands-on experience running campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to create simple performance reports and spot improvement areas.
Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior team members for complex tasks.
