Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. We are looking for minds that can contribute to the growth of our company and guide it in the right direction. We want to collaborate with individuals who are driven by achieving accomplishments they can be proud of and value clear and respectful human interactions.

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help us grow and scale Bimebazar’s core product. This is a hands-on role that requires cross-functional coordination, deep execution  understanding, and a sharp eye for data to deliver high-impact products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into execution — improving workflows, solving user problems, and delivering features that actually make a difference.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own planning & execution
Handle sprint rituals (daily standups, grooming, planning) in collaboration with tech. Manage task timelines, scope, and delivery.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally
Handle incoming requests from marketing and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Support operational flow
Collaborate with our call center team to resolve escalated tickets. Act as a bridge between support and product, helping unblock real-world issues.

  • Deliver product features through PLDC 
Understand product strategy pillars and translate them into initiatives. Contribute to discovery, define solutions with design, document specs, support development, and manage smooth releases.

  • Be the data person for your area
Analyze user behavior and feature performance, define KPIs, and derive actionable insights. Own the data behind every feature you manage.

  • Be Customer-Centric
Champion the voice of the customer by actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product development process. Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management
  • Strong task and project management — you’ve shipped real things and kept cross-functional teams on track
  • Data-savvy — you’re comfortable digging into dashboards, defining metrics, and making decisions based on insights
  • Effective communicator — whether writing a PRD or syncing with ops, you keep things clear and moving forward
  • Curious and user-focused — you care about the “why” and not just the “what”
