Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. We are looking for minds that can contribute to the growth of our company and guide it in the right direction. We want to collaborate with individuals who are driven by achieving accomplishments they can be proud of and value clear and respectful human interactions.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives to effectively reach clients through appropriate online and offline channels.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and relevant performance metrics.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and customer behaviors.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing plan.
Take ownership of specific marketing tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a marketing manager, marketing supervisor or marketing team lead.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, digital tools, and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
