The HR Generalist position in BimeBazar is responsible for designing, managing and supporting various HR functions, including performance management, training and development, improving internal processes and .... .

The role involves collaborating with management and employees to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Actively support managers by translating business goals into practical HR practices.
Assist leaders in daily decision-making through data-driven insights.
Proactively identify and address employee and organizational needs.
Resolve workplace conflicts and support a positive employee experience.
Implement and execute initiatives related to performance management, talent development, recruitment, and compensation.
Leverage HR analytics to inform and support operational decisions.
Build trust and foster relationships between management and employees. Competencies Technical.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar human resources position.
Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address employee concerns and resolve HR-related challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to efficiently create reports, presentations, and track HR metrics.
