Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of business and marketing data to extract key insights and provide effective solutions for driving growth and improving performance.
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Designing, building, and implementing analytical dashboards to visualize important business data, identify critical issues, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Recognizing patterns and trends in complex datasets and delivering comprehensive and insightful analyses.
  • Solving business problems and challenges through data analysis and leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analyzing and understanding customer behavior to gain better insights into customers and implementing effective segmentation models.
  • Collaborating in competitor analysis and market changes to provide effective solutions and strategies.
Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction, and advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Data analysis skills using programming languages such as Python or R, including data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
  • Expertise in designing and developing visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
