شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key part of my Operations Team and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. you will also identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement:
          - Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement,

          - Gather data, analyze, and make recommendations for process improvements,

          - Assist in their implementation.

 

  • Solution Design:
         - Collaborate with teams to design solutions that meet business needs,

         - Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges,

         - Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and capabilities.

  • Project Management:
       - Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables,

       - Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, 

       - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (or Master’s) degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Process Analysis and Process Design.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MySQL.
  • Fluency in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Working Experience in Operations is a Plus.
  • Familiarity with BPMN tools such as Bizagi is a Plus.
