شرح موقعیت شغلی

At 1stQuest, we are seeking a creative individual with deep knowledge in the field of digital marketing and sufficient experience in managing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention channels, as well as Google Ads and SEO teams. Familiarity with tools used for analyzing online advertising channels is also required.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
Successfully launched and managed 1stQuest's Google Ads campaign, driving increased website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Develop new digital channels and optimize customer acquisition and conversion rates based on customer journey and insights.
Design and implement marketing automation based on customer journeys and drop-offs.
Analyzing customer journey for each service/destination and optimizing conversion rate
Continuously improve Email marketing automation to increase user interaction with the product.
Provide reports and improvement plans based on predefined KPIs.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics tools with a minimum of two years of experience (Analytics 4 and Tag Manager).
Mastery in calculating and optimizing marketing KPIs.
Ability to analyze data, provide reports, and create dashboards in Data Studio.
Ability to analyze customer behavior, and measure and improve conversion rates.
Familiarity with WordPress and the ability to create landing pages.
Familiarity with SEO concepts and Search Console.
Proficient in managing Google Ads and fully knowledgeable about principles and strategies.
Expertise in Email Marketing.
Moderate understanding of the English language.

Considered Advantages:
Experience working with Chinese advertising platforms.
Work experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
IELTS certification.
