You’re not just fluent in English—you’re a maestro, with exceptional verbal and written prowess.
A keen learner and proactive professional, with or without previous travel support experience (though it's a bonus!).
Advanced in Microsoft Office, transforming data into compelling stories.
An adept problem-solver, crafting strategies that escalate support quality.
A people person, both a listener and a communicator, who knows how to deliver feedback that counts.
A pro with a deep understanding of customer service processes and metrics.
Meticulous with details, because they matter.

What You'll Do:

Engage and assist customers with crystal clear communication.
Nurture and sustain customer relationships, making every interaction count.
Leverage CRM tools to log, track, and solve customer issues effectively.
Work with teams to enhance customer service strategies, using data-driven insights.
