شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SQA Engineer to join our Venture Office team and help us deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality financial software products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual test scenarios and test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
Validate APIs using tools such as Postman
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Design teams
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and QA review sessions
Contribute to test strategy, QA processes, and quality standards
Perform performance and load testing activities using tools such as K6
Ensure product quality across web applications, backend services, and APIs
Execute and maintain automated test cases where applicable
Support release validation and production sanity checks

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of software testing principles and STLC
Experience testing web applications and backend APIs
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress/Playwright
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
Understanding of automated testing concepts and QA best practices
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, banking, payment, or wallet products
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as K6
Experience with SQL and database testing
Familiar with UX basic concepts
