At Rahgozin Rayaneh, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner (Female) to join our team for the Hamrah Aval Online Shop (Shop) project and contribute to the continuous development of our digital products.

Responsibility & Key Accountability

Analyze, validate, and refine product requirements provided by Design, Marketing, and Business teams
Review and align Figma designs with the current product state, technical constraints, and architectural considerations
Own and manage the Product Backlog, including writing, refining, and prioritizing User Stories
Collaborate with Frontend, Backend, and QA teams to gather effort estimations and define realistic delivery timelines
Drive sprint planning and ensure proper backlog readiness for development cycles
Continuously monitor progress, identify risks, and report status to the Project Manager
Act as the main bridge between business, design, and engineering teams to resolve ambiguities and ensure alignment
Ensure delivery quality by closely collaborating with QA and participating in acceptance processes
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
Contribute to improving product processes, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration practices.

Minimum academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in Agile / Scrum (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) are highly preferred
Strong understanding of product management principles, software development lifecycle, and digital product delivery.

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software product development, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Proven experience in e-commerce platforms or high-scale transactional systems
Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, QA, design, and business stakeholders
Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery and iteration
Background in working within Agile/Scrum environments with multiple squads or teams is a strong advantage
Experience in telecom, fintech, or large-scale platforms is a plus

Requirement

This role requires a strong balance of product thinking, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration, especially in a high-scale, transaction-heavy environment.

Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner in digital products (preferably e-commerce or high-scale platforms)
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience in sprint-based delivery
Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Solid experience working with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Experience in effort estimation, release planning, and roadmap alignment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional
teams
Ability to manage complexity, prioritize under pressure, and drive execution in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

Experience in telecom, fintech, or large-scale transactional systems
Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, microservices, and system limitations
Experience working in multi-team or distributed product environments
