Position Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner will be part of the HR Department, reporting directly to the CHRO. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives support company goals. The position involves overseeing talent strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. The Senior HRBP will also drive organizational change and support managers in building a strong, performance-driven culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to support business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for leadership and critical business roles.
  • Drive employee engagement and change management initiatives to enhance culture and performance.
  • Support leadership development by coaching managers and facilitating talent programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve performance management and talent development strategies.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as tech, e-commerce, or startups is preferred.
  • Strong HR expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
